Dublin is the capital of Ireland and has been established for over 1,000 years. Some of the most famous sites of Dublin include The Christ Church Cathedral, The Guinness Factory, and Trinity College Dublin. Though, Dublin is a city busy with pedestrians and multiple dining options, it is surrounded by many small rural towns easily accessible by train or bus.

The city is divided north to south by the River Liffey. The south side of the Liffey is home to many shops as well as Temple Bar — the biggest tourist part of Dublin. Most of the time you’ll be able to catch street musicans and shows taking place in these streets. The north side of the Liffey hosts more businesses and residential areas. Primarily, people find their way around the city on foot but it is not uncommon to catch a bus or ride a bike. The weather stays chilly most of the year with fairly sunny summers.
